RETURN AND EXCHANGES

There are no cash refunds on purchases. We will exchange your product for the same product within one week of your initial purchase. Please email us if you have any issues or concerns regarding your purchase.

We charge flat rate shipping on all orders shipped in the United States. Orders are typically shipped within 5-7 business days of your purchase, you will receive tracking information immediately after your order is shipped.

All orders are shipped via Priority Shipping with the United States Postal Service.

Body Sculpting Policies

Due to the privacy required and the time sensitivity of our treatments, we have strict policies in place to ensure the best service for all of our clients. Please review our policies before your appointment. We look forward to helping you achieve your confidence and a sculpted body!

 

  • All appointments late by 15 minutes or more will be rescheduled. We schedule our clients in a timely manner to fit appointments. To respect everyone’s schedule, we reschedule any appointments that run late by 15 minutes or more.

  • All sessions must be completed within 30 days of the first session. Unused sessions are void after 30 days.

  • $50 NO-SHOW / CANCELLATION FEE. Our staff reserves time for each of our clients. When appointments are late canceled/ no showed/ or running late, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment with another client. Appointments MUST be canceled 24 hours in advance to avoid the fee. ​​NO SHOWS must make a new deposit. 

  • No refunds. Once the treatment has been rendered, we expect that the results will vary from client to client depending on their lifestyle, eating habits, and exercise to maintain the efficacy of the treatment.

 

  • All services are non-transferable to other services or other people. 

 

  • Deposits can not be transferred to other services once the initial booking is made.

  • Results vary for each client as each individual is different. The consultation is an opportunity to find the best treatment plan. There will be circumstances where you will need more sessions than originally recommended. The most effective way to optimize your treatment is to strictly follow our aftercare plan directions we provide during/after your treatment sessions. We try our best to accommodate your needs in the most economical way possible.

  • No children or extra company will be allowed during your treatment. Due to the privacy required for the service, we work to respect everyone’s time and space.
